I believe that STRESS if used POSITIVELY, can help us climb mountains of success! I work on changing the outlook of a client so that he or she opens him/herself to a world of POSSIBILITIES. This is done in a number of ways therapeutically.
Embracing Fearlessness
FEAR is my friend. It has a purpose of protecting me. It also helps me understand, my emotional level. At EH, I help you learn to listen to the tips from fear and work on them.
Positivity
I whine, you whine and we all whine together! Can we dare to look at glass half full? Anything else will just get us down. At EH, I want to create a world filled with POSSIBILITY thinking.

I believe that CONFUSION is a good thing, as it leaves us open to something new. Here, we can experiment and just maybe stumble on the best path, which was waiting for us all along!!
